Requesting an assist

Here’s how to request for an assist on the auXcar app:

• Driver only assist

1. Launch your app and the select the “assist” you need.
2. Select the approriate answers to the questionaire
3. Select vehicle and payment method then confirm.
4. System automtically picks your current location as breakdown point.
5. After “Confirmation”  your request is sent to eligible assist drivers in the area.
6. When an assist accepts your request, their location and anticipated time of arrival will be displayed on the map.

• Driver and vendor assist

1. Launch your app and the select the “assist” you need.
2. Select the approriate answers to the questionaire
3. Select the vendor you want, call to place the order.
4. Confirm order has been placed on the app.
5. Select vehicle and payment method then confirm.
6. After “Confirmation”  your request is sent to eligible assist drivers close to the vendors area.
7. When an assist accepts your request, their location and anticipated time of arrival will be displayed on the map.

Note that the auXcar app will automatically set your current address as the “breakdown” location once you’ve enabled GPS on your phone.
