I’m not receiving receipts or emails

Check your spam or junk folders first if you aren’t receiving assist receipts or emails from auXcar. Make sure to set auXcar emails as “not spam” so you can receive them in the future.

 

If your auXcar emails aren’t showing up, try updating your email in the app:

  1. Open the auXcar app’s menu and select “Settings.”
  2. Select your name from the drop-down menu at the top of the screen.
  3. Select your email address to update it (if necessary)
  4. Click the “Save” button.
