HOW TO IDENTIFY A DRIVER
When you request for an assist, your app notifies neighboring assist drivers of your request. When you’ve been paired with a driver, your app sends you information about the vehicle and the driver who will be arriving at your breakdown location.
Tap the bar with the driver’s name, photo, and car information. This shows a photo of your driver as well as the brand, model, and license plate number of the car.
When you see your driver’s vehicle at your breakdown location, confirm that the license plate number displayed in your app matches the actual vehicle. Drivers will often ask your name before commencing service.
