RATING A DRIVER

We take ratings seriously because they help auXcar ensure a great experience for both clients and drivers. Low-rated drivers may lose access to the auXcar app.

Follow the app’s prompts at the end of every service to rate an assist. From the bottom of your emailed receipt, you’ll also be prompted to rate your assist.

 

WHILE RATING A DRIVER

– If you offer them 5 stars, you’ll be given the chance to compliment them. Unless there was a significant fault with the service, most clients give a 5-star rating.

– If you give a rating of less than 5 stars, you’ll be asked to give specific feedback about the service or assist from a list of frequent complaints.

– A one-star rating usually indicates a major concern with the driver.

Complaints such as extra charges and app difficulties aren’t the assist’s fault, thus they won’t affect their overall rating. 

You can rate an assist within 7 days of service. The rating you provide will never be seen by the assist.

 

HOW TO TIP A DRIVER

Tipping is an excellent way to express gratitude to a driver after a pleasant service. Tipping is optional and not included in the fee. The entire tip amount is given to the driver.

At the completion of service, the app will prompt you to rate and tip the driver.

 

OBTAINING AN ASSIST RECEIPT

When an assist is completed, we immediately send a receipt to the email address associated with your auXcar account. If you aren’t receiving receipts, check your email address’s spam or junk folder. You can also review your email address by going to the “Settings” menu in your app. Tap on your email address to change it.

Every assist you’ve requested for is saved in your auXcar account as an assist history. To review: 

  1. Go to the app menu and select “Your Assists.”
  2. Pick a previous assist.
  3. You can review the route and breakdown location of every assist you have requested for.
  4. Tap on “Receipt” for a detailed breakdown of your fees.

 

IS THERE A RECURRING CHARGE?

auXcar has no monthly or annual fees. Only the assists that you request are charged.
