HOW DOES AUXCAR WORK?

auXcar is a software platform. Our smartphone apps link day to day people and professional roadside drivers

Use your app to request an assist in cities where auXcar operates. When a nearby assist-partner accepts your request, your app provides an approximate time of arrival for the assist-partner driving to your breakdown location. When the assist-partner is close to arriving, your app alerts you.

In addition, your app gives information on the assist-partner that is coming to assist you, such as first name, car type, and license plate number. This information will assist the two of you in connecting at your breakdown location.

Your assist finishes when the service requested has been offered. Your fee is computed and charged automatically to the payment method you’ve linked to your auXcar account.

Immediately following the completion of an assist, your app will prompt you to rate your assist on a scale of 1 to 5 stars. Clients are also rated by assist-partners. auXcar’s feedback system is intended to establish a community of mutual respect and accountability for all members.

HOW CAN I SIGN UP ON AUXCAR?

A valid email address and phone number are required to open an auXcar account. You’ll need to create a password and agree to our terms and conditions as well as our privacy notice.

Fill in your first and last name, phone number, and language preference. We’ll send you a text SMS to verify your phone number once you’ve completed this section of the signup process.

After that, input your payment details. Adding a credit card or debit card number allows you to be charged immediately after each assist.

We’ll send you an email to confirm your account registration once you’ve provided this information. After you confirm, you’ll be able to request for assists on auXcar.

 

REGISTERING AS A MINOR

To use the auXcar app to request for assists, you must be at least 18 years old.

 

ERROR WHILE ADDING A PAYMENT METHOD

If you enter your credit or debit card’s CVV number or billing zip code incorrectly, you may receive an error message after your assist. 

Remove the payment method and then re-add it, making sure all information is correct.

If you continue to receive notifications concerning payment issues, contact your banking institution to ensure that your payment account is operational and internationally validated.
