Downloading the auXcar app

INSTALLING THE AUXCAR APP (iOS)

The auXcar app is available for download and installation on iOS 8 and newer devices. Open the App Store on your mobile device, then proceed as directed below.

1. Tap “Search” on the bottom menu bar, then type “auXcar” in the search bar.
2. From the search results, choose “auXcar.”
3. Tap “Get” next to the auXcar icon. It is possible that you will be prompted to enter your Apple ID or password.
4. When the download is finished, the word “Get” will change to “Open.” To launch the app, press the “Open” button.
5. In the auXcar app, press “Sign in” if you already have an account, or “Register” if you don’t.

INSTALLING THE AUXCAR APP (ANDROID)

The auXcar app is available for download and installation for Android devices running version 4.0.3 or higher. Go to the Google Play store and do the following:

1. Click on the Google Play icon.
2. Tap the search bar, type “auXcar”, and then press the Search button.
3. Tap INSTALL after selecting the auXcar icon.
4. Once the program has been installed, tap OPEN.
5. In the auXcar app, hit SIGN IN if you already have an account, or REGISTER if you don’t.

USE AUXCAR WITHOUT A SMART PHONE

auXcar is a smartphone application.

If you don’t have access to a smartphone, you may still access your account but you won’t be able to request for assists on the web.
