Using the instructions below, you can update your phone number, email, password, and home address in the app:
- Launch your app and select your photo in the upper right corner.
- Select “Account,” then “Edit Account.”
- Choose the details to modify and enter the new information.
- To validate your update, you will be asked to provide a verification number or your current password.
CONFIRMING ACCOUNT CHANGES
– Phone number: A verification code will be sent to you via text message. To confirm the modification, enter the code into your app.
– Email: We’ll send a verification code to your new email address. To confirm the modification, enter the code into your app. We’ll also send an email to your previous email address to notify you of the change. If you haven’t received an email, check your spam or spam folders and double-check your email address spelling before requesting another code.
– Password: The app will prompt you to input your current password. Passwords must contain at least 6 characters.
