If you can’t request for an assist, there can be several reasons. Below are some common issues and how to resolve them:
- OUTSTANDING PAYMENT
You may owe us an outstanding payment. You can clear an outstanding payment in-app under “payment”
- DECLINED PAYMENT
Follow the prompts in the app to update your payment method.
- ASSIST UNAVAILABLE IN YOUR LOCATION
After entering your breakdown location, the app will notify you if auXcar isn’t available in your area.
- NO DRIVER AVAILABLE
Please wait a few minutes and try requesting an assist again.
- UNCONFIRMED EMAIL OR PHONE NUMBER
Check for verification messages from auXcar. If you don’t have any, you may need to update your account settings.
