USE CREDITS TO PAY FOR ASSISTS

If you have credits on your account, they will be applied to your next assist automatically.

WHERE CAN I VIEW MY CREDITS

Tap on the app menu button and you’ll find your credits underneath the profile. The amount of your credit is indicated in the currency in which it was issued. Please keep in mind that auXcar credit cannot be transferred across currencies.

By default, your auXcar credit will be applied to your next assist. You can choose your preferred payment method and turn your auXcar credit on or off before or during an assist.

Your chosen payment method is charged when an assist is completed. If you turn off auXcar credit, your default payment account will be charged the full amount. If you have auXcar credit enabled but your assist amount is less than the credit, the difference is charged to your payment account.

If you have a free assist on your account, this will automatically be your next assist. Free assists cannot be toggled off.

EXTENDING THE LIFE OF EXPIRED OFFERS

If a promo code has an expiration date, it will no longer be valid after that date. Promo codes are not renewable or extendable.

You can see which promo codes are active on your account. Select “Promotions” from your app menu, then press “Promotions” to see details for all promo codes currently applied to your account.
