IS IT A PENDING CHARGE?
A “pending” charge could be an authorization hold that will be removed from your account eventually. We issue authorization holds as protection against fraud caused by unauthorized card use. If you recently added a new payment method or haven’t used auXcar in a while, you may experience an authorization hold.
IS YOUR ACCOUNT BEING USED BY A FRIEND OR FAMILY MEMBER?
If you can, check with them. They may have recently requested for an assist and may recognize the charge you’re experiencing.
DID YOU RECENTLY CANCEL AN ASSIST?
Examine your assist history. Cancellation costs compensate assistants and vendor-partners for the time and effort spent driving to your location.
If you believe you were wrongfully charged a cancellation fee, go to your assist history and choose the assist in question. Select “Review my cancellation charge” under the assist, and we’ll check it for you.
