Payment options

ACCEPTED PAYMENT OPTIONS

auXcar accepts major credit cards (including American Express, Visa, Mastercard®, and Discover), as well as debit and prepaid cards. PayPal is another option (for iOS and Android users).

In order to use PayPal, passengers must also have a valid debit or credit card on file. Please contact your bank or PayPal if you have questions about your account balance.

If your debit or credit card is about to expire, we’ll notify you in the app. If a charge fails, we will prompt you to enter your payment information again into the app, after which the charge will be processed.

ADD A PAYMENT METHOD

1. Go to your app’s menu and select “Wallet.”
2. Select “Add Payment” from the drop-down menu.
3. Add a payment method by entering card information manually or selecting an alternate payment option.

MANUALLY ADD A CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD

1. Type in your credit card number.
2. Fill in the expiration date, CVV number.
3. Press the “Save” button.

DELETE A PAYMENT METHOD

Your account must always have at least one payment method. If you want to remove your only payment method, you must first add a new one.

1. 1. Choose “Payments” from the menu.
   2. Choose the card you want to delete.
   3. In the bottom right corner, tap remove.
