The final price or fee after a service is a sum of factors considered for an upfront price or is calculated based on the following elements:
- Mile rate (distance)
- Cost of item replaced
- Nature of assist
In the event of a bad internet connection or GPS troubles, such issues will be detected automatically and the price will be re-calculated.
If, however, after a service, you suspect an issue with the price:
- Swipe right to end the service
- Then report the assist and the team will get back to within the next 24-48 hours
